Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
How to Make ?
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce (if using), and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Combine with Green Beans: Stir in the cooked green beans until well coated with the sauce.
Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly and top with 2/3 of the crispy fried onions.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
