How to Make ?

  1. Prepare the Crust:

    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into a tart pan.
    • Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
  2. Make the Ganache:

    • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes.
    • Stir until smooth, then mix in the vanilla extract.

    • Pour the ganache into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set properly.
